Seriously."  further tweeted that "I've been running a build of it on two of my phones for the last week or so and it's getting to pretty good shape." they not give the conform date but it says that it come the End of May.it may be Beta version of file Manager or only for windows phone 8.1

               he also hint for cortana coming for PC also indirectly that cortana it self says that she was fans of Pc. at finally Microsoft really Fast his Update process for Windows Phone to compete with IOS and Android OS.
