yes it is right that it good news for windows phone owner who are waiting so far, after software giant company Microsoft Announced new windows 10. yes they skip windows 9 after windows 8, announced universal apps strategy for developer.
For developer, now it easy to build apps for any platform like for laptop, tablet and phone on that bases it work on .Net platform like as website. in this it not means that all feature are available for laptop are available for windows phone, but it increase no of apps on windows store. Microsoft will also likely to marge two platform windows store and windows phone store in one that windows store.
Microsoft will announce two event on 11-13 November called "Future Decoded" at new York and another in London for developer to building universal apps.
